In our 15 years, we haven’t received a complaint, but we refund your money under the following situations-
If the products are completed non-functional.
The request for the refund is within 30 days of purchase.
We won’t refund if-
- There are problems that come from other existing scripts.
- You mistakenly bought the wrong product.
- You do not like the product.
- The product doesn’t have features you thought it should have.
Note that there is a difference between a broken item, and simply receiving an error message or having trouble configuring the Product to your desired result. Error messages are often related to improper setup, hosting, configuration, plugin conflicts, or missing files which causes the item to not work.
